The color of the logo is different from the text Also put the text closer to the illustration.

@Chung Dha: The color palette is the same, i only used that gradient for a glass type effect. The symbol can be also placed in the front of the text.
@TerrainScan: Actually i really like shadows
, and the logo will have the shadow on the website too

The logotype seems good, but you have serious trouble with that symbol. I would try and find a better one, try sketching around a while ...
yeah the "N" symbol and the type don't really fit together...
I actually like it better without it, maybe you could try doing something with the text in "Nadova"?

Your mirrored "N" seems very odd, do you have any valid reason of doing this.? and why those white curve shapes are there. you really need to re-think to make it a meaning full logo.

After reading your opinions, and looking from a different perspective as before, i decided to get rid of the mirrored n symbol .
