I guess it's good for a start. IMO you've overdone the filters and the sparkly effect. May I ask what effect you were trying to achieve with this manip?

well the oringinal manip was different but i just added some other things
i only had photoshop cs3 for about 9 months

You should clean the trees better cause there are allot of places that got the old sky. Also make the light brighter cause it looks like he is riding in the dark with the lights off. The extra gloss on the car is not making it extra shiny it more the other way around. Just consider only adding the text on the car instead of extra fancy filters.
