I came across this cool portfolio hosting website for artists on Friday night and got a lot of my work uploaded this weekend and would like some feedback.

I have a short free trial period and your opinions may help me to decide whether or not I purchase my domain name and space on the site for a year or not.

I am looking for feedback on the website in general and then on the work in my portfolio.

I went ahead and purchased my domain name for the website I had listed above.

The new address is www.deteringdesign.com if you'd like to check it out I welcome and feedback.

You have some nice work.
About the site: I think you shouldn't use "iframe's " and you should do something about "Organized Thought for Visual Appeal...","ABOUT","CONTACT" font.
That's it for now :)

I dont like the black part. Cause its too big cotrast to white.
Align your logo better with the button below it.

This text - Organized Thought for Visual Appeal | 513.240.0736 - need a better font or a picture of the text so you wont see the pixel edge.

Totally dig the logo design; I felt like a little kid seeing something shine for the first time. The only part that wasn't super great was the "organized thought" part across the top, it was kind of not there visually. Other than that.....cool.

I agree with the comments made on the "organized thought/number" text - its a bit hard to read because of the pixels and I don't think yellow on black really helps it either. And the contrast between the background and the white box is a distracting.

But I like your porfolio work and I think the logo applications section is a very good idea.
"Why?"

Nice work. I really liked your wide variety of color usage in your logo designs :)
