I was recently hired to make a yellow pages ad for a client of mine.

He purchased a double column half page space, and between the two of us, this is what we came up with.

Tell me what you think!

Thanks nyxxie. Designing that was a whole new adventure into points and picas. I never realized that the specifications for yellow page ads were so strict. I am glad he paid for a full color layout, so I didn't have to try stick to the 50 colors they allow :)

Yes, they are a pain and a hassle. I never understood why they cost so much...now I know :) Thanks everyone!

Hi karasinh, yes, it does. Unfortunately, the client wanted all that info on there, and the spacing was his idea....so stuffed it stays :)

Well the Client is the King.......have to provide him what he wants.
Maybe moving the white ball a little up n to little right may help.

Simply awesome. I like the offset of the cue ball in the empty space. Gives it more of a "pool shark" look and your eye doesn't have to wander as far to read the great deal. Great job!
