Hi CG-Art.....I like the flower, very organic, fluid......the lines and font are too hard edged for it....it seems unbalanced........maybe by simply changing the font, softening lines (lighter shade?) the logo would flow better????

It's a little overdone. Like there's 3 competing elements. I like the line work in the lower left corner more and think that style would compliment the flower a little more. Nice work though:)

The flower looks excellent. My advice: try to do a play with letters to obtain a stylish flower that,eventually surrounds that wheat ears, if that's what you wanted to represent.You knoe: a rounded C a rounded "A" and the T that ties them together in a flower.
Just a thought.
As for your design...color choice isn't that good. Yes for green, no for that blue and then the lettering black. Oh no.
Get rid of the mirror lettering...overused me thinks and...nothing to do with the rest of the design.
Overall a very good start and lost on the way up!
