I hope you meant critical feedback:
Though I think the front page is quite nice, after entering the site I saw a few potential problems.
1. I don't think that the buttons on the main layout should be the colors that they currently are, it simply doesn't match the scheme.
2. The google search bar is cramped in a tight space and looks like it doesn't belong there.
3. The way you've divided your content seems a bit amateurish to me. I would think that you should be able to use something a bit more creative than a single rectangle.
4. It seems like some of the paragraphs and other elements are as cramped inside one thing or another as the google bar, it makes the entire thing seem unbalanced.
5. I really believe that the header should have something on it, even if it's a vague gray abstract design, but something to break up that empty space.
As a side note, you should consider rethinking that blue border you have around your images, because it doesn't match color-wise with all of them.
Hope this helps you out.

Yea besides the feedback that _Redrum left I have to agree with Shutterbug. Having the website in flash seems to serve no purpose and most of all it will greatly effect your traffic. Websites in flash are not crawled by spiders and therefore your pages cannot be indexed. I see that the index page is not in flash so it makes me wonder why are all of the other pages. The index page is not coded also I see... merely compiled images which would be a little more useful if maybe some of them had alt tags...which can actually be considered seo candy.
I recommend actually coding at least the index page if you wish to continue to have the rest of the website in flash. I would put strong emphasis on seo of the index page and fill it with some valid content so that you can at least get indexed.
*oh... excuse my comments if this is just up for preview... I didn't take into consideration that you may not have gotten around to actually coding the website. I see it was constructed in dreamweaver so maybe this is just a sample preview....

Your splash page is good and promising for the website, but I get a bit disappointed there. I like the photos you have on there, split up and all, but further, there is not much that I like about the site. Not that it's ugly orso, it's done all good, but it's not amusing me. It's not like "I sure like and enjoy this company's concept and work."
I also have the slight feeling that either the quality of the site is somewhat strange (resolution), or my browser... or me being strange

I would like to see some more of the first "intro" page going into the rest of your site. I like the "scratched" background look...like some faded jeans; it has characture, something the remaining pages lack. I don't mean to come off rude...to me the intro page looks like someone who spent some time in a frat house...(Young and adventurous); finished up college and decided to take on the world...(clean cut guy in a polo with a crisp and precise logo)...the remaining pages look like someone who never left the dorm room. Don't loose the simplicity of the remaining pages though, if that makes any sence to you.
