suggestion for contests

i own a small company and have used similar services before to find some talented artists to make designs for me. I'm interested to start another contest again, but the problem i have is that i would rather not reveal to the world (or my competition) where i went to find an artist, and how much i paid for a logo, etc. The problem being that if you google search with my company's name you can find some past jobs that i have had done, and i would rather not have that information displayed for the whole world to see. I have raised this exact same point with the webmaster of gaf.com before and since then they have added the option to keep a contest "anonymous" so that only the members of their website can read about this contest, not available on a web search results page. Would it be possible to do something similar here? thanks for your time, looking forward to my next contest.

We do have a Private Contest area that is only viewable to Design Team Members and Contest Holders in place. This helps keep the search engine spiders out, and is meant to keep your contest anonymous.

As most of my creative peers would agree, truly exceptional design should be and can be universal. But in many cases color palettes, cultural icons, religious imagery and number of other visual elements are uniquely embraced and acknowledged by individual cultures around the world. From my thinking, this can only benefit the contest holder. It's gives the designer a starting point to research, with sensitivity, what part of the globe their logo will be seen. Either engaging that specific region/market or being quickly overlooked.
It's these unique cultural differences that makes it both, exciting and challenging, for us designers to create in a easy to comprehend visual manner. And thats exactly why I love what I do.

In the Creative Brief can the geographic origin be mentioned (or even required?) as to where this company will be marketing the winning logo?
