I think the past one was easier to use and overall more efficient.
The only good thing is Genius X(

There are many users and even the developers are complaining about the new App Store that is especially designed for iOS 6. Because of this redesign in App Store, the developers have seen a dropped in sale of applications and this has affected the sales from the Apple App Store, however, the new changes applied to the same proves to be good for indie developers. Many users find it tricky in comparison to earlier one in accessing diverse applications as they need to flip through cards and scroll horizontally.
