to use the cliche, planning is key! the more you spend on planning, the easier it will be later on! doodle, create a shortlist, then maybe your best three to mock up in photoshop/corel ect. plan your colours/textures/fonts beforehand and the process is easy later! poor planning time:2-3 hours, good planning:sometimes as little as an hour.

Each job is unique. Sometimes you'll have ideas flow right away... other times you will struggle and will need to spend hours researching and planning. If you can, don't set a time expectation if that means sacrificing quality.

I thought it could not be determined, because they all depend on the arrival of inspiration and passion.

30 mins up to like 6 hours... I guess it depends on how well my creative juices are flowing, as well as the complexity of the logo. I hate it when I spend half the day working on something and then the client hates it.. Hahaha.. xD

I think this totally depends on your inspiration and what you're designing. Everybody is different. Sometimes a design a logo and then spend days making changes to it and other days I draw something once and like it instantly.
