I posted my age on this thread a number of years ago and thought then I was the oldest designer here... It turned out I wasn’t at the time, but maybe now I am. I came into this world a few weeks before John F. Kennedy accepted his inauguration as the youngest-ever President of the United States... I watched the Beatles first performance on the the Ed Sullivan Show... live. I used to anticipate each weekly broadcast of Star Trek as new episodes aired for the very first time.... I’ve never missed a single Superbowl game... I could go on and on, but that would be a sign that I’m getting old, right?
I believe that as time goes by, your actual “calendar†age becomes fairly superfluous and your true “stages of life†split off into at least three different directions... including your body, your mind and your heart (or “spiritâ€)...
My body feels like it’s 85 (apparently a tad more alive than Blaze!)
My mind is still somewhere in my early to mid twenties...
And my spirit? Well, that’s forever, baby.
But it sincerely warms my heart to see the level of genuine talent blossoming from some of you younger designers here at DC! Definitely keep at it, because TotalEclipse is right... you never stop learning! But a small bit of advice from a guy who’s pushing 50... The older you get, the faster time seems to go by... so get away from that computer screen every once in a while, go outside and play and have some fun while you still can! (But stay out of trouble, ya young whippersnappers...)

I think that my skills are pretty good for my age , but still there's always a younger and more talented person, but i don't worry
