I would really appreciate your feedback on 2 colour variations of a real estate logo I've just completed. First time submitting something here, so please be truthful yet gentle! :-)
I personally prefer no. 1. I find it stands out more.
Many thanks!

I don't know anything about the project and what the client wants so please do not feel offended. The typo is OK but i must say that i am not very fond of the building. It is crowded, the windows are too many in number and the overall look does not give the feel of a quality estate firm. I am aware that you are to symbolize the "flat" concept but you have chosen a detailed way to do it, my suggestion would be adding some abstract "taste" in it.The typo use is effective yet does it really need that background? My answer would be no. Colors are also OK, but my preference would be among dark blues and reds though i do not know if the actual colors are suggested by the client.
These are all friendly sugestions. Thank you for sharing your work with us.

To me the logo's look a little plain, it's just missing that extra something.
