http://i29.tinypic.com/e64ytl.png ...without the books it looks pretty realistic ... maybe U can change the "look" of the book ex. http://www.iyecon.co...ver/preview.jpg Also U can "tune" your Book Shelve with little extras like... shadow, light,I think U could also change the size of the textures that U used there...I don't know...u can figure out ...anyway...GJ Keep up with the good Work
PS
I think this is the best example for ya!...U can use it for inspiration
http://lulublog.com/...leBookshelf.PNG maybe it's familiar for ya

I think your highlights are spot on. If anything I would darken the shadows a bit more, it will enhance the effect.
Guess it is for a website?
And I agree with some of the others, change the height the books are sitting. Maybe angle some. Make the smaller ones a little darker (as they will be further back). Will give the design more depth.
Good stuff.

Very nice work ! Looks like it was rendered in a 3d program.
Try using different pictures for the covers, that would improve the design even further.
Anyway, good work.
Thanks atondex, No its only Photoshop About the covers, the are only samples even tho its a for a website and the covers should load dynamic as a sample images.
