hi,
from what i know, after you have uploaded the raw files for review or revision, the ch have only 7 days to finalized everything if the 7 days period has ended and no reply with the ch, you need to ask for help with the admin, or they call it ticket, then they ill contact the ch for notification.. im also new here so correct me if i'm wrong about the info..
thanks...

Hi, Thank you for your responses. The issue was already resolved after creating a ticket, thanks to the quick action of DesignContest team. Mark was right, they will contact the CH to notify them about the contest. One thing that bothers me during the contest was, the CH was already using the design in his website considering the fact that the design was not yet paid and the CH have not yet signed the agreement. AFAIK, it is a violation of our rights as designers. Correct me if I am wrong about that.
Thanks again and kudos to all of you fellow designers.

Hi Annie,
They may ask as may revisions they want regardless of colors and arrangements within the finalization stage. It really depends on the CH of how he feel about the changes in the project. As for me, I would likely to submit as many color variations as I want as well as arrangements so the CH will have as many selections as he/she wants.
Hope this helps.
Thanks and Happy designing.
