Dear Design Contest Admin,
I'm writing to follow up on two contests I recently won:
It's been more than seven days since the first contest finalized and almost two weeks since the second. Unfortunately, I haven't yet received any feedback or confirmation of closing and receive any prize money. I previously reached out on the forum and attempted to contact through the toggle chat. Moderator named Babba said the admin team is looking into it, and Admin Sharie asked me to share the links to the two contest finalizations. However, I still haven't received any valuable response from her as well.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but a prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, my forum post regarding the second contest win appears to have been removed.
As designers, we pour a lot of passion and effort into our work. Situations like these can be discouraging.
Could you please look into this issue and expedite the closing of these contests?
