The flexible Text tool can make good-looking buttons, titles, and text areas.
To make basic type on your Flash stage do the following:
1.In your open file, add a new layer to your Timeline. Go to Insert->Timeline->Layer.
2.Select the Text tool and click on the stage in order to make a text box. Type your text in the text box.
3.Select all the text you just types, and fine-tune your text appearance by selecting the character, size, color, and any other option from the Property inspector character settings.
