I was thinking of going for Elite Designer status and was wondering what the benefits are?
Any info or a link to that info would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi there,

The Elite Design Team is a pre-approved group of designers at DesignContest.com that have qualified and passed the application process. Elite Designers have proven themselves to be both active participants in the forums, as well as skilled designers and are qualified to participate in the many different types of contests that Designcontest.com offers.

Right now there isn't much of a difference between Elite Designers and registered designer but in the future we will have contests just for Elite Designers

i'm not sure when Elite only contests will start I wished I could give you a date. I can't wait myself. You will really see a difference in the quality of designs entered in a contest! I am not saying that to put any designer down at all but rather just being honest there are levels of designers and it shows. It will be a good option for the contest holder to choose as to Elite only or all designers

i am sorry... i mean is contest for elite and contest for all designers... i agree with you sharie... it should have a levels between all designers and elite designers... but this plan should be considered carefully, for the goodness of the DC as well as CH and designers.

Would there be a difference in terms of prizes for Elite only contests?

No there will not be a difference The advantage is competing with the same level of designer as yourself and the contest prize would most likely be higher.

We have not started the "Elite only: contests yet

but if elite contest start I think most CH will go on the elite designers side and most of the contest that will open are for elite designers only and few are left for the newly registered designers in DC.
