I design this logo for local competition ‘Voluntary blood donation…WE CAN DO!’ by Red Cross in Thailand.
Inspire by shape of people holding hand for meaning of 'share' and 'happy' the color is from corperate of Red Cross logo but I adjust the different shade of grey.
But...the competition had expired before I sent it.
Comment art welcome:)
PS.Sorry for my poor English.

Its too hard to see it's 2 figures holding each other hands, more kind broken batman symbol missing the middle piece. Might been better if the look more like 2 people if they had 2 legs instead of a tail of a ghost or a genie.

I agree with Chung Dha that it can't be recognize as 2 people sharing.
My first impression was a broken ying-yang. but based from the red cross and tear drop image, I could say that its a "Blood Donation" activity though.

Blood donation is normally associated with the Red Cross so I don't know if the blood drop is necessary. And the hands look really sharp. Hands should be soft and inviting.
But I like it. The gradients are really good. I think it's a good shade of grey, too. Not too dark and not too light.

I agree with all the posts above me
looks kind of confusing in gray scale...almost like a ying yang symbol...
not bad though

I don't recognize the hand, it should be emphasized and the drop of blood must be red.

although I've seen 2 different designs which:
(1)The first one is 2 couple dancing but the head of the person on the left is kinda reminds me of a water company or oil if the head fixed well the left person is diffanetly a character. Otherwise the right shape don't tell much if its a person or not.
(2) The second one my eyes imagine at your design is a logo for a fighting club. Batman.. a Ninja symbol I don't know, But i can tell.. you're very close to fill the gabs on creating your logo goal.
Thanks for sharing & God Speed.

I think the overall "feel" is a bit agressive, given that it should invite for voluntary blood donation (ooooh, the fear of needles....). However, I think the colour scheme is appropriate, things should just be a little "softer", as stated previously.
But i like it!

Hmm, I already started one contest, And it goes pretty well. I see some good entries.
I will probably use this service more, as I have some more projects coming, and as I have never won anything in my whole life, I won't even try to win this contest :-)
