The whole design looks great. I especially love the two round logo shapes and the left navigation rollovers. Very nice.

I like the roll over just not sure about those 2 things on top. There not really giving something extra to the look. If there not there I feel the site would look better.

I think it feels a little clunky on the left Nav Bar, maybe it is how it rolls over, its not very smooth. Make it transition a little cleaner and slower; I think that would help it seem not so rigid.
I like the buttons but are they supposed to do anything at some point? They look like they should be clicked on or something should happen when you roll over them.
All in all nice layout! Keep working it.

I agree. you might try changing the outline of the left circle to the same color of the right one so they will have the same "orange" feeling and make the inside different gradient
