I think I've only seen one contest here that required the use of Flash... a website banner animation using actionscript if I remember. Either way we don't really use it here; the majority of CHs just need the UI components

Adobe Flash, now succeeded by Adobe Animate, found practical application in illustration through animation, interactive illustrations, web banners, advertisements, e-learning modules, web comics, character design, rigging, and rich media presentations. It allowed illustrators to create engaging multimedia content, animated web elements, and interactive educational materials. While Flash is no longer supported, Adobe Animate continues to serve illustrators for similar purposes, offering dynamic and visually appealing solutions for various projects. Best cat products
