This is the biggest problem designing something where two lines are joined and they make two arcs. I hade the same situation last week with my client. I designed a cool logo with soft edged letter "b" that symbolized an air trampoline. Got the answer that it's cool, but reminds little bit a butt.

Yes, very true, as (logo) designers we need to check what else could it be symbolizing. Like the Rio Logo is nice, but if you look at it's shape it could also be for a stop aids advertisement.
