Spry Effects creates visual effects like highlighting parts of a page, fade in and fade out, shake or grow. To use spray effects in Dreamweaver :

1. For an element to be a target for spray effect, the element should have an ID .
2. Go to Window -> Behaviors to open up the behaviour.
3. Click on the plus sign to add a new behavior. Then select the effects to display the available Spry Effects.
4. Select an effect from the Effects menu.
5. Choose the ID you want to apply your effect to.
6. edit the effect options to your liking. Set a duration, start color, end color, and after the effect color.
7. Click OK. Don’t forget to upload the scripts folder with the page.
8. Select any user event you want to have trigger the Spry Effect.
