To create flame text in Adobe Fireworks do the following

1.From the Fireworks toolbar, select the ‘Text Editing’ tool and click anywhere in the workspace to make a text box.
2. Type in your desired text in the text box.
3.Click on the ‘Color Fill’ from the Property Inspector window. Then highlight the ‘Fill Option’ and choose ‘Pattern’ .
4.From the drop down box, select ‘Solid’ .
5.Click on the ‘Texture’ drop down box. From the list of textures, select any of the available flame patterns
