Hi :)

What do you guys think about this logo I've designed?
It's for a private business university and this logo will be for one of their learning programs.
The client requested connecting the planet Earth and something "businessy" to go along with their "Planet Education" theme.

One problem that came to mind after finishing this is that they may think the logo should be unisex, which the tie isn't...

This is a very interesting logo, I like the blue and white globe in the curved box the best.
I am not sure about the size of the globe, it should be a bit smaller, but on the smaller logos it is fine.

Overall, it's a good logo and it works well.

I agree that the globe should be smaller for just a bit. Also I like the version where continents are whire. Green and blue kind of drown each other.

I agree that the globe should be smaller AND that the continents should be white. If you're worried about the tie, maybe just show bottons for the shirt and maybe some lines for a lapel.

The overall look of this logo is very nice. Just a few small tweaks and you have a winner. Nice work.

Thanks everyone!
I agree that the white continets look best, I'll fix the rest of the logos to look that way.
The blue/grey/black theme seems too look good.

the green is way too shocking. If you change the shade of the blue a bit, you could get away with a light grey sort of colour as the continents

Glad to hear you are changing the green to white. I hope you also let go of the outline you used in the black and white version, it doesn't seem necessary since you already have the thick outline of the head.
