I don't really get the sensation of a heat wave from the current design. I'm not sure the font used for HW is the right one. I think you have a good start, but perhaps try to think more about how each element of the logo interacts with the others. Right now it feels like each element was created individually and pasted on one another. I look forward to future versions.

i like it but i don't really dig the font used for the H and W.. other then that it is good.

I like the B&W version, but the coloured is too pale or not contrasted enough. Try more versons.
My father always tells me if I make a logo for some company or else, I must make at least 5 ideas, not 1 or 2 only.

I agree with Zii.. save all of them logo_1 logo_2 whatever, and let the ideas flow through as many variations of the designs as possible

On the coloured version, the text needs more contrast. Try using a deep orange, almost reddish maybe. Also, i think it needs a better choice of font.

B & W I like the most among these two. May be working on colors a bit may produce results.
