Cool graphic! You should try to use Lorem Ipsum or some random article text for your examples, rather than the "example" text, which kind of looks strange.

Not bad, clean but too simple for me. Using more colors/graphics can add some flavor in it. After all it's about the surfing business and the exciting "nature" of it and I think the site should represent both. I agree with _Redrum about the text part, even if it is a draft, it should give a true idea how the real text would look like on it. Thanks for sharing your effort with us :).

Yeah, use lorem ipsum for your dummy text. You can get it at lipsum.org. I agree with seawise, I think its too plain. Try adding some design elements.
