I like the uniqueness of your approach. Actually I was surprise by the magical/dark appeal considering the name of the site 
. I do think however there are too much blank space. Perhaps if you can tighten the design a bit. Also once you do it may also help to reduce the size of your fonts .
With regards to your homepage, it may be a great place to give a little description of your company or design group. The intro flash is great and may be used better as a splash before your home page.

I think if you want to make serious web page for "design studio" or somethink like that, you should make your own buttons(you used some ready buttons from Macromedia Dreamweaver). I talk about www.customsense.com
