Which contests can I participate in?

Hello fellow designers,
I've been quiet on here for a little (Busy with a number of projects).
The site has really has grown 10 fold since I was last around.

My question is:
With all the different contest categories eg. Logo, Print, Stationery, Web Design etc.
Is there still a rule as to which types I can participate in?

Or can I enter which ever ones I like?

I don't really have much web design experience but would like to enter Print, Stationery, Identity contests.
