Hey all,

I was just wondering... I submitted the final files for a recent contest and have noticed the client using them for a splash page on the site, yet the files have not passed the uploading stage? I was just wondering if that was normal?

On another contest, I submitted the files, and the money was allocated to my account within minutes.

Thanks,
Chris

on the dial freight contest.....the ch couldn't open the zip file you sent, so I had to download and rezip the file as a regular zip, I think the zip you sent was a rar or winrar zip file, many people can't open that type of zip file. I love rar zip and rarely use the plain old zip file. I think rar was mainly used for macs back when it was developed but it caught on and more use it for windows. any way that is why the system isn't recognized the transfer. Did you get the money for this one?

Thanks for your help sharie.

I still don't know what's up with dial freight. I know the files have been delivered (as stated) but yet the contest status is still stuck in the following:Attached File  Picture 1.jpg   45.67KB   348 downloads

Can anyone please help, or direct me where to go?

Also, I put in the request earlier today for another contest to be paid out, yet there seems to be a hold up with that as well.

Thanks in advance.

Chris

it should be fixed tomorrow, the contest was waiting for the contest holder close the contest and write the testimonial, we now have a copy and the programmer should have it fixed tomorrow for you

as far as the other contest..I show the request has gone through and you should have the payment

Thank you once again Sharie, I know I seem impatient, but I was just a little worried.

The Boutique contest still shows this in the finances section under my board as "pending"

Just curious, thanks!

it is hard to say how long it takes from the time you have been picked a winner to getting the funds. A lot of this depends on the contest holder how long they take to finalize the contest. A contest isn't fully closed until the contestholder says they have all the files and all is ok. The fund are released and sent to your finance section in your control center. When that is done you would then go to your control center and request a payout, the notice is sent to Admin for payout...As far as actual payout schedule like pay out on a certain day isn't set.

Hi there

You can change your paypal email when you request a payout. Each time you request a payout you have the option the enter the paypal email you want to use
