I'm not very fond of link borders in the menu, when you click on them. On the whole very nice. Good work!

overall I liked it and opposite to oviska i enjoyed the dark colors. one thing I didn't really care for was the white text on the light blue background in the portfolio page.

The deisgn pieces themselves were nice.

Thanks for the feedback you guys!

@Maxson: I didn't notice the link borders before, I'm gonna check with my coder about that, thanks for the tip!

@oviska: yah, I've gotten mixed reviews on the darkness of the site, but I dig it, so I guess it's just one of those things. :-)

@Coy: Not sure what "white text on light blue background on the portfolio page" you're referring to... There's no light blue on that page, or at least it's not supposed to show up that way. The overall theme of the page is identical to all the others, the main content box is green, with the portfolio items on top of that. Could you show me a screengrab of what you're referring to? Just curious. Thanks!

I don't want to be harsh on you but I think none of us can give you a straight answer. Compare yourself with the best:
Bogdan Pavel : flash designer & developer
Murat Süyür
:: EMOTIONS by Mike :: freelance portfolio
Teodor Droscaru | visual communications operation
an indicator that your site is one of the best is that you find your link in many online graphic design magazines. The first step is "owning your zip code" (to be very well known in your city area).

It's a nice site. It could be improved, but it's nice.

On the other hand, the portfolio has some good works, and some not so good works. The idea of the portfolio is to show your best, not all of your work.
I think you have enough good designs so that you can eliminate some bad ones from your portfolio. You should make a selection.

Hope that helps !

hi atondex, thanks for the feedback.

I agree with your opinion about the portfolio showing my best work, not all of it... by no means does it show all of it... some of the pieces aren't as strong as others, true... I guess I want to show a variety of different styles, because with an online portfolio, you never know who's going to view it at any particular time, and what one potential client thinks is a "weak" design, another may say "That's fantastic, that's what I want!".

I do appreciate your insight, thanks for taking the time to comment!
