To extract elements from flash by decompiling a .swf file you can use the Yuzhe Flash Decompiler

1. First download and install Yuzhe Flash Decompiler
1. Open your .swf file, and you will see a list of the related items of the flash movie in the resource panel.
2. Click Home->Parse Movie, and the decompiler will analyze the movie for you automatically and the resources will be displayed.
3. Now you can export these items to your computer and maybe even reuse them in your flash. Simply check the checkbox beside the elements that you want to export, then click Formats to set the export formats and then click on “Extract SWF bjects” and select the export path.
